With many mobile home park tenants speaking Spanish only, we are able to cater to a market that most managers do not.

Each property will have an assigned part or full time regional manager. This will prevent confusion or playing a game a telephone when making administrative decisions.

We work closely with remote talent agencies in Latin America (but headquartered in the United States).​

They can provide us experienced property managers for $7-11 an hour. These managers handle all non-sensitive information like leasing, marketing, vendor negotiation, etc. They also speak Spanish and English fluently.​

Our U.S. based team handles any sensitive information (payments, rent collection, bill paying, etc). ​

In addition, ANY transaction that involves sending money must be approved by a supervisor. ​

Only around 10% of the daily work lands on our U.S. workers. This allows us to provide the best cost to you as our customer.​

We require all managers to request 3-5 bids for any non-urgent work. We will choose the best quality and best priced quote.

Any bid that is chosen will also be negotiated to ensure you are getting the best price.

Throughout this process, the tenant is being updated on the expected time of completion, progress of the repair, and eventually completion of the repair.
